Many of the major cosmetic brands are making efforts to minimise plastic waste and promote sustainable practices.
The absence of plastic or cellophane wrapping on products is becoming standard practice as they begin to reduce plastic and cellophane across their product lines, and for most of the products we supply.
All products purchased from CarlaLouise are Brand New, and although they may not be individually wrapped when you receive them, they have been removed by us from larger sealed packs in preparation for shipping. We will try to keep them in as much of the original sealed pack as possible, and all are sealed with our own branded tamper-proof label.
A product marked as a tester is a 100% genuine product, that is unused and unopened. Originally available from the brand as a Tester or Sample-sized item, it has now become available for sale through the distribution process.
Generally, they are also marked tester on the bottle; they are always new and unused, and sometimes come without a lid, box, or barcode. Some items may also be marked not for individual sale.
Imperfect, marked, or tagged items are 100% genuine items that are unused and unopened. They may be larger store Overstocks, or discontinued product lines. We are then able to pass them on to you at greatly reduced prices.

Shipping & Delivery:
We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £35 via Royal Mail 48 Tracked.
All orders placed are usually dispatched within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. Any orders placed over a weekend or a Public holiday will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery usually takes 2-3 days.
This service is free for orders over £35, orders under £35 will be subject to a delivery charge.

Please note: CarlaLouise accepts no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside of our control causing late delivery. Delivery will be to the address advised in your order. We will only deliver to the address provided at checkout so please make sure it is correct before you complete checkout

Check your tracking number.. Your shipping notification email will contain the tracking number for your order. You can check the journey of your item by visiting royalmail.com/track-your-item
