The absence of plastic or cellophane wrapping on individual products is becoming standard practice as they begin to reduce plastic and cellophane across their product lines, and for most of the products we supply.
All products purchased from Carla Louise are Genuine, Brand New, and although they may not be individually wrapped when you receive them, they have been removed from larger sealed packs in preparation for shipping. We then seal or tag with our own tags.
Some of the products we sell may be security tag sealed, have signs of seal or labelling other than our own, or be marked as 'Tester' etc - these will be products that are Store/Manufacturing overstocks and/or Clearance and Discontinued lines - if this is the case the item description on the product page will state this clearly - the item itself will be Perfect and Brand New.
We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £20 via Royal Mail 48 Tracked.
All orders placed are usually dispatched within 24 hours Mon-Fri. Any orders placed over a weekend or Public holiday will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery usually takes 2-3 days. This service is free for orders over £20, orders under £20 will be subject to a £2.70 delivery charge.
