We will also check with Royal Mail ourselves to try and help track down your missing parcel. If your parcel is sitting at your local delivery office and you have not collected it, we will have to wait until they return it to us before resending or refunding.

RETURNS:
- Returns are accepted within 30 Days. We do NOT accept returns on Cosmetic or Beauty items that have been opened and/or used. Where items are security sealed, the seal or tag must be intact. We cannot accept your return just because you do not like the item Colour / Coverage / Shade etc. If you have a query on your purchase, please message us before initiating a return, and we will do our very best to help.
- Any Opened or Used item that is returned to us (unless previously authorised by us) will be disposed of for Hygiene reasons, and your refund will NOT be issued.
- Items purchased as a Pack can only be returned as new, as received and unopened in the Sealed pack. We will not accept opened pack returns.
