PLEASE NOTE:   RETURNS - We Do NOT accept returns on Cosmetic items that have been opened and/or used. Where items are security sealed the seal must be intact. We cannot accept your return just because you do not like the Colour / Coverage etc .. If you have a query on your purchase please contact us before returning and we will do our best to help. 

Any Opened or Used item that is returned to us (unless previously authorised by ourselves) will be disposed of for Hygiene reasons and your refund will NOT be issued.

Items purchased in a pack can only be returned as new, as received and unopened in the Sealed pack. We will not accept opened pack returns.

All products purchased from CarlaLouise are Brand New, and although may not be individually wrapped when you receive them, have been removed from larger sealed packs in preparation for shipping.

We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £35 via Royal Mail 48 Tracked.

All orders placed are usually dispatched within 24 hours Mon-Fri. Any orders placed over a weekend or Public holiday will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery usually takes 2-3 days. This service is free for orders over £35, orders under £35 will be subject to a £2.70 delivery charge.
